Garfield Group Wins 21st Annual Communicator Award for Integrated B2B Marketing
The Communicator Awards highlight the best-of-the-best in creative excellence for communication professionals including work in the advertising, corporate communications, public relations and branding industries. This year’s Communicator Awards, judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, received over 6000 entries from companies all over the world.
The award-winning campaign reinvigorated and inspired interest in Almac’s electronic clinical outcomes assessments (eCOA) services to create new leads for the Almac sales team.
The integrated campaign consisted of customized landing pages, an eBook, targeted email blasts, a teaser video and social media posts. These different tactics informed Almac’s audience about eCOA’s unique value proposition and positive impact on business. Garfield Group used a narrative approach to deliver the content in a very approachable and educational way - ultimately answering questions and easing concerns regarding eCOA technologies.
The eCOA campaign exceeded expectations and outperformed nearly every measurable key performance indicator from email blasts to social media posts and content promotion- positioning Almac as a thought leader in the industry. This campaign quickly became an extremely successful initiative - both for Almac and Garfield Group.
